According to the league office, the Miami Hurricanes men’s basketball team has been picked to finish fourth in the Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Basketball Preseason Coaches Poll.
North Carolina State was picked to win the league and received eight first-place votes.

Duke was voted to finish second among the league and received three first-place votes and North Carolina received the remainder of the first-place votes and was picked to finish third.
The ‘Canes were picked to finish fourth, followed by the defending ACC champs, Florida State at fifth, and Maryland at sixth.
The poll rounded out with Virginia placing seventh, followed by Clemson, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest – who both tied for tenth, and Boston College.
This is the first year that the ACC coaches have voted in a preseason poll, as well as individual honors.
