The University of Miami has announced their 2013 conference football schedule.  With the additions of Syracuse and Pittsburgh, the ACC is now up to 14 teams.

According to hurricanesports, “Each ACC team will play eight conference games in football (four home, four away), six games within their division (three home, three away) and two games (one home, one away) with crossover opponents from the opposite division.  In 2013, all Atlantic Division members will host their primary crossover opponent, while Coastal Division members will host a rotating crossover opponent.”

I might as well leave a prediction while I’m here.

I’ll predict the games in the order that the site has them in.

Game 1: Miami 52-6 FAU (the usual game one cupcake) 1-0 (0-0)

Game 2: Miami 34-31 Florida (this is going to be a fun game, I can feel it) 2-0 (0-0)

Game 3: Miami 77-0 Savannah State (why was this team scheduled?) 3-0 (0-0)

Game 4: Miami 34-16 USF (USF struggled last year, but they hang around at home) 4-0 (0-0)

Game 5: Miami 41-20 Duke (last years game was embarrassing for the Hurricanes d, this year they play sound against the Dukies) 5-0 (1-0)

Game 6: Miami 34-21 GT (the yellow jackets want revenge, but the canes look a lot better this year) 6-0 (2-0)

Game 7: Miami 13-41 UNC (we get excited over national title hopes, but UNC brings us back into reality) 6-1 (2-1)

Game 8: Miami 38-7 Pittsburgh (this game will be similar to our last game in Pittsburgh, canes were pissed and kicked ass, same will happen here) 7-1 (3-1)

Game 9: Miami 45-17 Virginia (a year after the canes secondary got embarrassed by Virginia, canes come out hot and Virginia will have no chance) 8-1 (4-1)

Game 10: Miami 28-14 VT (this one is gonna put me asleep) 9-1 (5-1)

Game 11: Miami 27-37 FSU (FSU is still better than the canes, I’d be surprised if the canes could pull this off on the road) 9-2 (5-2)

Game 12: Miami 13-9 Wake (the canes never seem to play to play well on the last week of the season, this year is no different, the canes let Wake hang around far to long) 10-2 (6-2)
