Gibbons lists 30+ offers, including Florida, Florida State, Nebraska, Ohio State and Oklahoma (247Sports).
Hurricanes’ offensive line coach Art Kehoe is building a solid line and with the addition of Gibbons, Miami has four linemen committed in their 2014 class. Gibbons joins Trevor Darling (Miami Central), Nick Linder (St. Thomas Aquinas) and Kc McDermott (Palm Beach Central) – all of which are ranked 4-stars in the 247Composite.
The 6-6, 278-pound Gibbons played tight end during the first two years of high school football, switched to left tackle as a junior. He is listed as the No. 28 OT in the 247Composite.
