Jean-Louis signed with Miami but did not qualify due to academic issues.  Instead, the highly-touted wide receiver chose to attend Fork Union Military Academy (VA.) with the hopes of returning to UM.

It now seems as if Jean-Louis has much more to worry about than just playing football.

In an excerpt from NBC Sports:

Jean-Louis is listed as an inmate in West Virginia’s Regional Jail after being booked into the facility earlier today.  The receiver’s “Imprisonment Status” is listed as “Pre-Trial Felon.”

Specifically, Jean-Louis was charged with two felony counts of fraudulent use of an access device. “

Jean-Louis enrolled at Marshall earlier this year with the hopes of participating in spring practice, but again, he was unable to get his grades in order.

According to NBC Sports, Jean-Louis used the stolen credit card not once, but twice, with one purchase totaling $14 and the other for $11, both at a local 7-Eleven.

Jean-Louis was listed as the nation’s No. 1 prep school wide receiver in the 247Composite.
