Milian tweeted the following:

According to Milian, Terry remains in jail and his bond has been set for $5000 for the possession charge.  A $1000 bond was issued for the resisting without violence charge.

Terry, who was also a standout wrestler in high school, attended Palm Beach Central (West Palm Beach, Fla.) and was a part of Miami’s 2012 recruiting class.

Miami’s woes at the linebacker position continue to take a hit as sophomore Eddie Johnson transferred to Hinds Community College and Gionni Paul left the team earlier in the year.

Milian tweeted a link to Terry’s mugshot that can be seen here.
