From the Herald:
Tuesday’s newest arrivals for the start of Summer Session II were receiver Stacy Coley (Northeast), running back/receiver Corn Elder (Ensworth), fullback Gus Edwards (Tottenville), quarterback Kevin Olsen (Wayne Hills) and linebacker Walter Tucker (American Heritage).”
There had been some speculation as to whether or not Coley would be granted admission into The U, but Miami fans need not worry any longer. Coley was ranked the No. 10 recruit in the state of Florida and the No. 3 wide receiver in the nation, per the 247Composite.
Of the 15 summer enrollees, Miami is still waiting on five more players to be cleared. The Herald is reporting that defensive end Alquadin Muhammad (Don Bosco Prep), receiver Derrick Griffin (B F Terry), athlete Ryheem Lockley (Middlesex), linebacker Devante Bond (Sierra College) and defensive end Ufomba Kamalu (Butler C.C.) have yet to be cleared.
