Miami Hurricanes Move to No. 7 in Latest AP Poll

Following their showdown against North Carolina on Thursday night, the Miami Hurricanes (6-0, 2-0) moved up three spots to No. 7 in the latest AP poll.

The Hurricanes were jumped by both Missouri (6-0) and Baylor (6-0).  Mizzou catapulted up nine spots to No. 5 while Baylor jumped six spots to No. 6.

Alabama remains at No. 1 and Oregon at No. 2.  With their 51-14 dismantling of Clemson, Florida State rose to No. 3, while Ohio State and Missouri round out this week’s top five.

Falling from the top 10 were LSU, Texas A&M, UCLA and Louisville.
