Sam Bruce dropped slightly in the rankings, which is surprising given his recent 7-on-7 performances and Nike Opening invite. Bruce’s insane quickness and good hands make him nearly impossible to cover. Defensive backs should be required to wear ankle braces when matched up against Bruce. Sam Bruce should have a big Senior season at St. Thomas and could definitely sneak back up into the the top 5 rankings at receiver.
