Simply put, I think Shaq deserves to be ranked higher. Being ranked the second best at his position is something I can understand, but I struggle to see there being 94 players better than Shaquille Quarterman in the 2016 class. Shaq is one of the most physically built and well put together players you will see at the high school level. Quarterman’s incredible strength, speed, and instincts will make him a terror in the middle of Miami’s defense.
