Miami Hurricanes Football: Miami-Adidas Unveil New Uniforms And They’re Awesome

A big part of the uniform swag are the accessories. And adidas did Miami right with their accessories. The “U” on the gloves is nothing new as Nike had been doing that for a while, but the adidas ones seem to have a little more flare than the Nike ones, which is expected. You can see the gloves shiny and hopefully we can see them shining on television as a receiver throws up the U after scoring a touchdown. I got a chance to see the gloves up close and adidas did a really nice job with these, and they have good stick on them, which is obviously really important. While the gloves are hot, check out these new cleats.

While I am a big fan of the black socks/black cleats combination, these kicks are hot. I was a bit worried because of some of the pictures I had seen of some first designs, but I think they got these right.

Good job, adidas, Canes fans (for the most part) are awfully happy with these new uniforms.
