Miami Hurricanes Football: Top Five Plays From the First Two Meetings Against Bethune Cookman
By Juan Toribio
5. Kelvin Cain returns interception 59-yards for a touchdown
Before the Kelvin Cain drama, we all had the 59-yard pick-6 from him. In a game that saw Bethune Cookman put up a fight against the Hurricanes in 2011, Cain sealed the deal for the Canes with this pick-6 in the fourth quarter.
Cain was the beneficiary of “right place at the right time” but he made the most of his opportunity. David Blackwell threw down the middle and the Hurricanes defense made him pay. Cain rumbled and stumbled down the sideline and after a terrible tackle attempt by number 98, Cain finally made it into the end zone.
We’ll always have this Kelvin Cain interception.
