Linebacker, #5 Reggie Northrup

Florida State’s defense has been pretty stout in their past 4 games and they’re ranked #13 in total defense. They also have a lot of playmakers on that side of the ball.

Nonetheless, I added Reggie Northrup as a player to watch out for because he’s leading their entire defense in tackles this season. He has 26 total tackles – 14 solo tackles and 12 assisted tackles.

And, with linebacker Terrence Smith out against Miami (ankle), Northrup’s duties have just been exponentially extended.

A 4-star recruit out of Jacksonville, FL, the senior Northrup is listed at 6’1″ and 231 pounds.
