Jeremy Pruitt

It’s only a matter of time till a university snatches up Jeremy Pruitt from defensive coordinator duties and makes him their head coach. The guy has 3 National Championships under his belt with 2 teams.

Pruitt knows defense and quite frankly, Miami needs one.

Pruitt played football for Alabama, coached at Alabama and won 2 National Titles as the ‘Bama DB coach. He then won his third National Championship as Florida State’s defensive coordinator in 2013.

Today, he’s in his second year as Georgia’s defensive coordinator and has had the opportunity of coaching up some serious NFL defensive talent.

If Miami can grab this coach before someone else does, they’d be able to rival any defense in the SEC and in the country.

I believe Pruitt is a sleeper pick.
