Things would get seriously interesting if Chip Kelly brought his dynamic up-tempo, spread offense to Coral Gables.

Kelly is a long-shot as many other college teams would dream of landing him and who’s to say he’ll even leave Philly.

Nevertheless, many reporters and experts have speculated that Kelly would possibly leave the pros for the right college gig.

Most of us know the incredible job he did at Oregon, going 46-7 overall and winning 3 out of 4 conference titles as the Ducks’ head coach.

But, he hasn’t quite exactly produced the same results in the NFL. This year the Eagles have a record of 2-3.

It’s hard to imagine Kelly as a Miami Hurricane, but could you imagine switching up dual-threat quarterback Malik Rosier with Brad Kaaya and utilizing his spread read offense with guys like Joe Yearby, Stacy Coley and Mark Walton. However, I’d still be a little concerned about the Miami defense.

But, believe me, if Kelly decides to return to college football, every top recruit in the country will be lining up to play for him.
