Trent Harris

Harris was only a 3-star recruit out of Winter Park High School (Winter Park, FL), but chose Miami over many of the top programs such as: Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, South Carolina and Ohio State.

Al Golden and staff love what the sophomore Harris can do and he seems to play mature beyond his years, doing everything that’s asked of him.

Harris is played as a rush end, outside linebacker.

Against the Hokies, Harris had a total of 4 tackles (2 solo; 2 assisted) and a fumble recovery.

Throughout this 2015 season, he has gathered 26 total tackles, 13 of them being solo tackles.

Harris is a big boy at 6’2″ and 251 pounds.

As the season progresses, don’t be surprised if Harris is one of the leading tacklers on the Miami Hurricanes’ defense.
