Miami Hurricanes “Top 4” Plays in Last Year’s Game Against North Carolina

#3 Duke Johnson Screen Pass

It was set-up perfectly. Kaaya lines up in shotgun with Johnson next to him. After the snap, Johnson delays, runs a few yards and turns around for the middle screen. At that point, his talent takes over, bobbing and weaving for a 37-yard touchdown pass.

In that game, Johnson would have 2 receptions for 49 yards and a receiving touchdown.

With speed and quickness in Joseph Yearby and Mark Walton, it wouldn’t be a bad idea if Miami incorporated screens in their rematch this Saturday.
