Andre Johnson
Johnson played at Miami from 1999 to 2002 and was a dominant, physical stud at the receiver position.
He redshirted his freshman season and in three years playing at Miami, Johnson racked up 1,831 yards receiving and 20 touchdowns.
He was a major reason to Miami’s success, making consecutive trips to the National Championship game.
Johnson was drafted in the first round (3rd overall) by the Houston Texans in 2003 and is currently playing in the NFL (Indianapolis Colts).
Thus far, Johnson has made 7 Pro Bowls, a two-time First-Team All-Pro, five-time Houston Texans Team MVP, two-time NFL receiving yards leader and part of the 10,000 Receiving Yards Club.
Johnson was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.
Reggie Wayne
Wayne played for the ‘Canes from 1997 to 2000 and considered one of the most consistent receivers in Miami history. He was also considered one of the best conditioned player on the team.
He played all four years and totaled 173 receptions, 2,520 yards receiving and 20 touchdowns.
Wayne was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the first round (30th overall) and played with them for 14 seasons.
At Indianapolis, he earned a Super Bowl Championship (XLI), 6 trips to the Pro Bowl, a First-Team All-Pro and a member of the 10,000 Receiving Yards Club.
Wayne was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame in 2011.
