Don Bosseler
Bosseler started all four years at The U and went on to become an All-American in his senior season. He was also the MVP of the Senior Bowl.
He played at the University of Miami from 1953 to 1956
He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the first round, playing 8 seasons and went on to become one of the greatest players to ever wear a Redskins jersey.
Bosseler was inducted into the UM Ring of Honor in 1999 and inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame in 1970.
Donnell Bennett
Bennett recorded stats for Miami from 1991 to 1993 and he was apparently Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s roomie.
He was drafted in the second round (58th overall) by the Kansas City Chiefs where he played for 6 seasons and finishing his career at Washington in 2001.
