Safety, #18 Shalom Luani

Luani was born in Pago Pago, American Samoa and transferred to Washington State from Community College of San Francisco.

Nevertheless, Luani has been a menace in the secondary.

He’s currently third in total tackles with 86 (65 unassisted; 21 assisted) and 3 of them are for a loss. In addition, Luani has 3 interceptions for 87 yards and a touchdown, 6 pass breakups, 2 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.

The junior Luani was a  4-star recruit out of junior college and is listed at 6’0″ and 201 pounds.
