Anytime alligator is on a restaurant menu you must order it … and eat it … and eat it ferociously.

I don’t know about you, but I like the taste of alligator. It’s lean and it tastes like a combination of chicken and fish.

With that said, I get extra pleasure out of chowing down on anything alligator: gator nuggets, alligator fillets, and Florida Gators.
