The Legacy

I probably don’t have to go on and on about this point. It’s clear as daylight.

Some of the greatest football players to ever play in the NFL came out of the University of Miami.

Not only does Miami produce studs at the pro-level, but those studs want to see the legacy remain in tact and live on throughout time. Thus, they’re always coming back, mentoring and remaining a part of the program in any way they can.

The Miami Hurricanes have earned five National Championships (almost winning a few more), produced tons of first-round draft picks and have seen many of their players succeed at the next level.

Let’s not forget, this only started around the early 1980’s … not too long ago.

It proves that when local talent stays home and the players buy in, only great things happen at The U.

It’s your turn to be the next: Ed Reed, Michael Irvin, Ray Lewis, Clinton Portis, Sean Taylor, Jonathan Vilma, Vinny Testaverde, Bernie Kosar, Leon Searcy, Bryant McKinnie, Jeremy Shockey, Kellen Winslow Jr., Edgerrin James, Frank Gore, Willis McGahee, Santana Moss, Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Devon Hester, Warren Sapp, Russell Maryland, Vince Wilfork, Cortez Kennedy, Calais Campbell, Jimmy Graham, Greg Olsen, Dan Morgan, Brandon Meriweather, Phillip Buchanon, Antrel Rolle, Sam Shields and the list goes on and on and on…
