20. Joe Zagacki (1989-Present)

Zagacki has long been the Voice of the Miami Hurricanes. His profile on CBSSports states:

Joe Zagacki’s voice and face are well-known in South Florida, where he’s covered the sports scene for nearly 4 decades.

“Joe Z” has been a staple on University of Miami game broadcasts since 1989, where he worked alongside the late Sonny Hirsch. He’s has been the play-by-play voice of the Miami Hurricanes football, basketball and baseball teams since 2002.

Zagacki has called all five University of Miami football championship games, 22 Bowl games, and The ACC basketball championship. Joe has also broadcast two of the four Hurricane College World Series championships and has called over 40 College World Series games, the third most in CWS history.

Joe Z started his career in 1979 at WIOD. He was also the very first program director at Miami’s Sports Radio 560 WQAM, helping launch it as a sports-talk outlet in 1992. He has hosted a variety of programs on the station and also spent time as a television sports anchor on CBS 4″

Nationally Zagacki is probably most famous for his call of Miami’s improbable “Miracle in Durham” victory over Duke in 2015.
