Arkansas

Arkansas has had a rich basketball history. They won the 1994 national championship and were the runner up the next season. They also have trips to the 1941, ’45, ’78 and ’90 final fours.

This will be the Razorbacks second NCAA Tournament bid in the last three seasons. They previously made three in a row from 2007-09.  This year will mark their 31st NCAA Tournament appearance. The Hogs are 41-30 in their 30 appearances.

Arkansas‘ biggest win this season came against South Carolina who is 33rd in the RPI. The Razorbacks have built their resume against teams ranked 26-100. They are 4-2 against teams 26-50 and 6-0 against teams 51-100.

They did have some bad losses including Mississippi State who is 146th in the RPI and Missouri who is 246th. They have played well away from home with a 6-5 record on the road and 2-0 record on neutral courts.

They have a balanced attack led by Senior Guard Dusty Hannahs. He leads four Razorbacks in double figures at 14. 6 points per game. Moses Kingsley leads the frontcourt at 12.4 PPG, 7.8 RPG and 2.4 blocks.

They are a solid offense that ranks in the upper third in most Division I categories on the offensive end. Arkansas does not take a lot of threes, but their 36.9 percentage ranks 88th in D1. Their 75.9 percentage from the stripe is 25th nationally.
