Warren Sapp finished sixth in the 1994 Heisman Trophy Voting. The University of Miami and Pro Football Hall of Famer finished that season with 10.5 sacks. He also won the Big East Player of the Year.

Sapp was the 12th pick of the first round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Speculation is he would have gone higher in the NFL draft. Sapp tested positive for Marijuana before the Draft. Sapp was selected in the all-time NFL Draft by former NFL Executive Joel Bussert.

Joel Bussert-Recently retired after a 40-year career running the player personnel department of the NFL, lastly as NFL vice president of player personnel and football operations.

Warren Sapp  (1995-2007)
One of the best interior linemen to play the game, Sapp was as dangerous as a pass rusher as he was stout against the run. The 2013 Hall of Fame inductee had 96.5 career sacks in 13 seasons with the Buccaneers and Raiders, earning seven Pro Bowl and four All-Pro nods. Sapp also forced 19 fumbles during his career and helped Tampa Bay capture its lone Super Bowl title, in the 2002 season.

This team of Hurricanes would be an incredible foundation to build an entire NFL team of Miami players. Several Miami stars were left off this list. Jim Kelly would be the quarterback, Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne and wide receiver and Bryant McKinnie at left tackle were all left off the list.
