Langham was at the line of scrimmage on the goal line and you could immediately see the size advantage he held over his defender. Rosier astutely audibled to a fade route and the Miami Hurricanes essentially stole a touchdown when the 6’5″ Langham shook hands with the sun and came down with the catch.

Kudos Freshmen. To Mike Harley, Jeff Thomas, Corey Gaynor, Navaughn Donaldson, Jon Ford, Amari Carter, Trajan Bandy, Deejay Dallas, Jonathan Garvin and DJ Johnson among others. The Hurricanes continued its youth initiative and showed a host or recruits on hand that playing time early at Miami is factual.

Donaldson was a man child mixed with agile behemoth. Donaldson showed great ability to pull and will be a handful for linebackers and cornerbacks when he takes aim. Carter showed knock out ability and absolutely decimated Bethune Cookman’s tight end leading to a late turnover.

St Louis native Thomas had a 21.7-yard kickoff return average and was Miami’s primary kick returner. Wide Receiver Harley started on the outside and you could see his speed personified when he pulled away from his defender on a catch.
