3 Clemson at 14 Louisville, 8:00 PM ET ABC

The biggest game of the weekend is number three Clemson at number 14 Louisville. The Tigers and Cardinals are replacing the Miami Hurricanes-Florida State game in the 8:00 PM ET slot on ABC as the Saturday night game of the week.

The biggest question will be can the Tigers defense stop Louisville Quarterback Lamar Jackson. Jackson has continued to thrive a season after winning the Heisman Trophy. Through two games this season, Jackson has thrown for 771 yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions. He has run for another 239 yards and three touchdowns.

Jackson and the Cardinals are 2-0 after two weeks. They have wins over Purdue and at North Carolina. UL’s defense has struggled thus far. Louisville defeated Purdue 35-28 in week one and 47-35 at UNC last week.

The Tigers defense has been exceptional the first two weeks. After a 56-3 victory over Kent State week one, Clemson defeated Auburn 14-6 last week.

The trip to Louisville is Clemson’s first road game of 2017. This is only the third meeting all-time between Clemson and Louisville. All three have come in the last three years in the ACC.

Clemson has won all three games. The games came by only a combined 15 points. The Tigers won a 42-36 thriller last season. They defeated Louisville 20-17 at Papa John Cardinal Stadium two seasons ago.
