Postponed from three weeks ago, the Miami Hurricanes and Florida State Seminoles will resume their rivalry on Saturday at 3:30 PM ET at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee.

Miami comes into the game 3-0 and Florida State 1-2. The Seminoles are trying to extend a seven-year winning streak against Miami.

The Miami Hurricanes have started the season with wins over Bethune-Cookman, Toledo and Duke. The Hurricanes had a three-week layoff between the victory over Bethune and Toledo caused by Hurricane Irma.

Having to vacate the University of Miami campus, the Hurricanes did not even practice for ten days. The offense was a bit rusty in the victory over Toledo.

They trailed 16-10 at halftime. The last three halves they have been explosive. Miami has scored 73 points in the last three halves they’ve played. That comes out to 48.3 points per game.

The defense finally showed their strength in the win over Duke. Miami had six sacks for 36 yards and 18 tackles for loss in the win over Blue Devils. Expected to be the strength of the Hurricanes before the season, its the offense that’s carried Miami so far.
