Mark Walton has been a stud the first two games but looks like he is not at 100 percent with an ankle injury. What other backs are in Miami’s arsenal in case his injury creeps up again?

"Walton originally injured his ankle in the win over Toledo. He came back in the game and finished with over 200 yards rushing. Walton struggled on the ground against Duke with 17 carries for 51 yards but added four receptions for 79 yards. Duke entered the game second in the country against the run. Florida State is tough, but allows about 50 yards more and half a yard higher per carry than Duke, he should be fine. Travis Homer has been very good in relief of Walton. He has 183 yards rushing, is average 8.1 yards per carry with three touchdowns and has caught five passes for 71 yards and a touchdown."

Walton is listed as probable for Florida State. He seems to be ok. If he struggles, Homer has also been among the nation’s most productive running backs. Both Walton and Homer are in the top ten nationally in yards per carry. Homer has yet to have enough carries to qualify.
