This will be the ultimate barometer game for this program. Two years ago you know the result. Now you will get to assess how far the Miami program has come in two years under head coach Mark Richt.

The last time the Miami Hurricanes faced off vs the Clemson Tigers they were paralyzed by an ineffective coaching staff. Golden and company should have been listed on the injury report seeing how self-afflicted they were.

This year you would have hoped that Miami did not have as many reported injuries to key positions. But unlike last time, the Canes have the ACC Coach of the year at the helm.

Mark Richt has an SEC Championship in the past. He has won 162 games over the course of his career. Under Richt the Miami Hurricanes just had a 15 game winning streak broken.

Richt feverishly showcased the Miami Hurricanes to the college football world this season as if they were in a ticker tape parade down Calle Ocho. Orange and green everywhere.
