The Miami Hurricanes are building an incredible stable of wide receivers with their Storm ’18 Class. Adding to three signees at wide receiver in December, four-star wide receiver Marquez Ezzard signed a National Letter of Intent during the traditional February signing date.

Ezzard had hinted recently that he would likely join the Miami Hurricanes. He joins the Storm ’18 Class of wide receivers fellow four-stars Brian Hightower and Mark Pope and three-star Daquris Wiggins in December.

CanesWarning profiled the four-star wide receiver from Georgia last week. His rankings are:

"“Ezzard is listed as an athlete on his 247Sports profile. They rank him as the 18th best athlete in the country and 38th best player in Georgia. Rising Sophomore DeeJay Dallas was also considered an athlete coming out of high school last season.”"

They join an already deep group of wide receivers. Everyone but 2018 leading receiver Braxton Berrios returns for the Miami Hurricanes in 2018.

Ahmmon Richards who led Miami and all Freshmen nationally in receiving yards and yards per catch in 2016 hopes to bounce back from an injury-riddled Sophomore season. If he approaches the numbers he had as a Freshman in 2016, Richards will likely forego his Senior season in 2019 to enter the NFL Draft.
