This will be a second chance for some of these guys in this Pro Day. The majority of the Hurricanes participating in UM’s Pro Day attended the NFL Combine in late February and early March. These Canes will have a second chance to showcase their skills to NFL scouts and administrators.

With 26 reps of 225 pounds, a 5.35 40-yard dash, a 23.5 inch vertical, and 97-inch broad jump, KC McDermott was one of the more athletic guards in the combine. However, he also needs work within his blocking and feet movement in the trenches.

Not as exciting as other players, however, kicker Michael Badgley put on a  pretty good show in the combine. He is ready for a second showing of it.

Badgley ran a 4.94 40-yard dash and had a 111-inch broad jump. He was flowing with his hair through the drills. With this pro day being indoors a kicker cannot ask for more. There will be no wind or rain to work through. Badgley should be perfect through all his kicks exposing his power and accuracy.

After departing against Florida State with a season-ending ankle injury, Mark Walton did attend the NFL Combine. However, he was not able to show his full potential due to his ankle injury.
