Spring practice has concluded for 2018 for the Miami Hurricanes. The coaching staff will conduct exit interviews on Monday and Tuesday. They will spend the four weeks following on the road recruiting.

Richt has built a more cohesive and organized staff than at least the Shannon and Golden eras. The Miami Hurricanes coaching staff works together on talent evaluation and recruiting. He has also given autonomy to Defensive Coordinator Manny Diaz.

Richt frequently “The U Family” He has made it one. Some might claim literally too much with Richt’s son Jon as the Quarterback Coach. Jon has helped develop Malik Rosier in a division-winning championship quarterback.

As the Miami Hurricanes coaching staff gets ready to evaluate the growth on their roster, there is a lot to digest.

How well did the newly revamped offensive line play in the last ten days as a unit? Does Greg Rosseau’s dominance this Spring mean he should be a starter this fall? Have any of the backup quarterbacks show enough to be a starter week one against LSU.

Richt spoke about the process of the Spring exit interviews and any necessary information that the players might have to help the coaching staff.
