Should Miami Hurricanes be pursuing a transfer quarterback?
Noland already used his redshirt season. He would have two seasons of eligibility remaining.

Tuttle seems to have a much higher ceiling than Noland. He was a four-star recruit in the Class of 2018. Among the other schools that recruited him other than Utah were Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon, LSU, USC and Wisconsin.
When Tuttle chose the Utes they were listed as 25 percent co-favorites to sign the San Diegan with Alabama, USC and Wisconsin. Tuttle was the 167th best player in the Class of 2018, the eighth best pro-style quarterback and the 25th best player in California according to 247Sports.Com.
Williams was the 77th best player in the Class of 2018, the fifth best pro-style quarterback and 10th best player in Georgia. Tuttle would be a tough sell in what would make a deep Miami quarterback room, but someone would likely be unhappy with their lack of playing time.
Richt has said he wants a versatile quarterback who has enough mobility to succeed on run-pass options. Tuttle sounds more like a pocket passer in the form of the Miami Hurricanes all-time leading passer and another native Californian Brad Kaaya. The Salt Lake City Tribune summed up Tuttle.
"“A smooth 6-foot-4, 200-something pocket-passing QB who could make all the throws.”"
