Several sources are reporting on which verbal commits and prospects for the Miami football program are expected to sign early. A few of those players will reportedly sign their National Letters of Intent early but announce where they are attending college publically at a later date.

Five-star wide receiver Jadon Haselwood from Georgia is expected to sign early, but delay making his college choice known until U.S. Army All-America game in San Antonio on January 5. Haselwood is the nation’s top-ranked wide receiver, the top-rated player in Georgia and the 13th ranked player nationally per 247.

Haselwood has narrowed his college choice to Miami or Georgia. Haselwood would be the highest ranked recruit in the Miami recruiting class. Jeremiah Payton who is currently the nation’s 69th ranked player and 11th ranked wide receiver is currently the highest ranked player in Surge ’19.

Another player to watch on Wednesday is Butler offensive tackle, Tommy Kennedy. Kennedy will be a Graduate Transfer for the 2019 season. He doesn’t have to sign an NLI but is expected to announce Wednesday where he will spend his final year playing college football.  Kennedy would slot in as the starting left tackle for Miami.
