Pinstripe Bowl Prediction
Miami is definitely not the ideal bowl game matchup for Wisconsin. The Hurricanes have fielded one of the nation’s best defenses, in both the passing and running games.

Given how badly the Badgers have struggled through the air this year, it seems highly unlikely that Jack Coan is going to find success against this elite Miami passing defense, which means that Wisconsin will once more have to put the weight of the offense on Taylor’s shoulders to win this game.

If the Hurricanes are able to limit him significantly, there is no doubt they will win the game. However, Taylor has come through against other stout defenses throughout the season, and I am confident he will do so and put the lid on a spectacular year with a bang.

However, Miami should be able to find similar success on the ground, given how unreliable Wisconsin’s defensive line has been this season, as well as the absence of linebacker Ryan Connelly, who has arguably been the Badgers’ best player on defense this year but will miss this game due to injury.

While Miami’s defense absolutely concerns me, I am confident that Taylor will put forward yet another huge performance, as he has done against pretty much every defense he has faced this year.

In a game featuring two bad passing attacks, whichever team has more success on the ground is likely to come out with the win, and another big game from him will prove to be just enough for the Badgers to squeak out a 24-21 victory.
