After winning a bowl game for the first time in ten years in 2016, the Miami Hurricanes hope to send out the Senior Class with another bowl game victory. Add in last year’s ACC Coastal Division Championship and first appearance in the ACC Championship game and this Senior Class has accomplished the most since 2006.

Unlike many of Miami’s opponents this season, Wisconsin will be familiar with the bright lights, big crowds and playing on national television on ESPN.

"Broadcast Information Television (ESPN) Bob Wischusen (play by play) | Dan Orlovsky (analyst) Michael Golic, Jr. (analyst) | Paul Carcaterra (sidelines) Flagship Radio (560 WQAM) Joe Zagacki (play-by-play) | Don Bailey, Jr. (color) Josh Darrow (sidelines) Spanish Radio (990 ESPN Deportes) “Chamby” Campos (play-by-play) | Joe Martinez (color) National Radio (ESPN) Mark Kestecher (play-by-play) | Jack Ford (analyst) CJ Papa (sideline) Student Radio (WVUM) Josh White (play-by-play) | Danny LaRose (color) Information Courtesy of HurricaneSports.Com"

It will be interesting to see what Orlovsky has to say about the Miami offense in the Pinstripe Bowl. Both he and ESPN Analyst Ahmad Brooks both said that the Hurricanes should be in the spread more often to benefit N’Kosi Perry’s strengths better. The same could be said about Malik Rosier who is starting at QB for Miami.

Both Miami and Wisconsin have a lot to prove after finishing 2018 7-5. The Badgers will want to get rid of the sour taste of getting embarrassed by a very mediocre Minnesota team at home in their regular-season finale. Minnesota needed the win over Wisconsin just to become bowl eligible.

The Golden Gophers then blew out Georgia Tech in the Quick Lane Bowl, 34-10 in Paul Johnson’s final game as Head Coach on Wednesday. The Yellow Jackets defeated Miami in Atlanta last month.
