The Miami football team sets up for a run to make the ACC Championship game with their revised 2020 schedule. The Hurricanes will open with UAB in their one non-conference game on September 10 at Hard Rock Stadium. Miami travels to Louisville to open ACC play September 19.
Miami hosts Florida State week three on September 26 after playing at Louisville. After their first of two bye weeks, Miami plays at Clemson. The Hurricanes return home on October 17 to host Pittsburgh and Virginia on October 24. After a bye week on Halloween, Miami travels to North Carolina State November 6.
The Hurricanes return to the road for one of their most critical games on November 6 at Virginia Tech. Miami begins the home stretch of their schedule November 21 against Georgia Tech, plays at Wake Forest November 28 and host North Carolina December 5 in which a berth in the ACC Championship game could be on the line.
UAB was originally scheduled to play at Miami on September 17. Miami had non-conference games against Wagner and Michigan State canceled due to the Northeast and Big 10 conference changes in their 2020 schedules. The game against Temple was canceled because Miami had to chose one non-conference game.

UAB defeated Central Arkansas 45-35 in their season opener. The game was not nearly as close as the score. Four UAB turnovers aided the Bears offense.
