1) Clemson has been relying on Travis Etienne as a receiver and runner. If the Miami football team can contain him who will Clemson and Trevor Lawrence look to to become their go-to player on offense.

The toughest part of stopping Clemson’s offense is that if you decide to sell out to stop Travis Etienne, then Trevor Lawerence picks you apart and in turn, if you are determined to stop Lawrence, Etienne beats you on the ground. It is truly a double-edged sword.

That said, if Miami decides to sell out to stop Etienne, then senior wide receiver Amari Rodgers and junior tight end Braden Galloway become the two biggest targets for Clemson.

2) Clemson does not have a dynamic player defensively with the athleticism that Isaiah Simmons had. How does Clemson intend on containing Miami TE Brevin Jordan?

Isaiah Simmons got a lot of love last year – as he should have. However, while Clemson doesn’t have a jack of all trades defensive player like Simmons that they can lineup on all three levels, that doesn’t mean they are void of playmakers on defense. Mike Jones Jr has done an incredible job taking the place of Simmons in 2020.

Former five-star linebacker Trenton Simpson has also played well during his reps in 2020. Both guys are unbelievable linebackers and will see the bulk of responsibility on Brevin Jordan.
