Coming off its first ACC win of the season, the Miami basketball team travels to Boston College on Tuesday night.

After a 64-59 victory on Saturday at North Carolina State, the Miami basketball team will hope to earn its first ACC winning streak of the season on Tuesday night at Boston College. Miami earned its first ACC victory of the 2020-21 season against the Wolfpack on Saturday. Boston College is 2-9 overall, 0-5 in the ACC this season.

Prior to the victory over North Carolina State, the Miami basketball team lost to Virginia Tech, Clemson and North Carolina by five points total in the three previous games. Miami travels to Chestnut Hill 5-5 overall and 1-4 in the ACC. Miami hopes to have point guard Chris Lykes back on Tuesday against the Eagles.

Lykes has missed the last nine games for Miami. Head coach Jim Larranaga said that starting guard Kameron McGusty who has missed five of the previous six games will continue to be out though at least Boston College. Miami hosts Louisville on Saturday. Lykes has been out with a severely sprained ankle.

Boston College enters the game Tuesday night with four straight losses and defeats in eight of its last nine after beginning the season 1-1. The Eagles are led by guard Wynston Tabbs who is averaging 13.3 points per game and shooting 40.7 percent on threes and 81.7 percent from the free-throw line.
