Graham is the only local players listed as warm for Miami visiting this weekend. Miami has a mostly young LB corps. With the extra season granted by the NCAA, every LB on the Hurricanes roster has eligility remaining through at least 2022. Florida State with a crystal ball for Graham and Penn State are the biggest competitors.
Chris Graves 6’1, 175, three-star athlete, Fort Myers Bishop Verot
Graves is the 26th ranked athlete in 2022 and trending towards Miami. LSU and South Carolina are the other two schools listed high on Graves. Graves was teammate of 2022 Miami signee Malik Curtis last season. Like Curtis, Graves is projected to play CB In college. Graves has visits to LSU on June 18 and South Carolina on June 25.
Anthony Jones 6-5, 242, three-star athlete/tight end Las Vegas, Liberty High School
Jones is a three-star prospect who is listed as an athlete. Miami wants the Las Vegas Liberty star as a tight end. Jones is the 543rd ranked player, 45th ranked athlete and 11th ranked player in Nevada for 2022. Jones is scheduled to take his official visit to Miami on June 3, Texas on June 11 and Oregon on June 25.
Quentel Jones 6-3, 285 three-star defensive lineman, Fort Valley, Georgia, Peach County H.S.
The Miami football program will be the first of four visits for Jones in June. After Coral Gables, Jones will take visits to Georgia Tech, Wisconsin and Tennessee the next three weekends. The Hurricanes, Badgers and Volunteers are the three programs highest on Jones’ list. No crystal balls are projected for Jones.
