Andrew Chamblee four-star 6’6, 285 OT, Maumelle, Arkansas

Chamblee is committed to Arkansas but keeping his options open. Chamblee picked up the offer from the Miami last week. Official visits to Oklahoma State on June 4 and Michigan State on June 25 are in addition to Chamblee’s trip to Coral Gables this month. The recruitment for Chamblee appears to be evolving.

Chamblee is the 277th ranked player, the 28th ranked OT and second ranked player in Arkansas. Miami could be in for a big rebuilding project on the OL after the 2021 season. The Hurricanes could lose six of their top seven OL after this season. Building OL depth in the Class of 2022 will be important for the Miami football program.

Landon Ibieta three-star WR, 6’1, 185 pounds, Mandeville, Louisiana

Ibieta will be taking his first official visit this weekend. Twelves schools have offered Ibieta. Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi State and Virginia are the other Power Five offers he has received. The Miami football program is young at WR with seven players at the position not eligible for the NFL Draft until at least 2023.

Ibieta is a productive WR who can exceed the dozen offers he has and his ranking. With the depth that Miami projects to have at WR in 2022, Ibieta would likely be a prospect. He would provide Miami with good size at WR. No crystal balls or other official visits are listed for Ibieta on his 247 Sports profile.
