Harley begins the 2021 season after a breakout 2020 campaign. The addition of Rambo gives Miami two proven college WRs. Working together with King, Harley and Rambo should provide Miami with an improved passing game in 2020. With King out, Miami WRs had a chance to develop with the backup QBs.

Harley and Rambo complementing each other is critical for the Miami offense. Those two plus Mallory should provide King with three potential big play receivers for Miami in 2021. Rambo joined the Miami football program in January from Oklahoma. Harley and Rambo will be the leaders of the Miami WR corps in 2021.
Behind Harley and Rambo, Miami returns Mark Pope and Dee Wiggins for their fourth season. Pope and Wiggins will be pressed for playing time by the seven WRs Miami signed in the last two classes, plus Jeremiah Payton who is entering his third season. Miami wants a eight or nine man rotation at WR.
