Marcus Minor OL Pittsburgh (from Maryland)

Minor played 26 games making 17 starts in four seasons with Maryland before transferring to Pittsburgh during the offseason. A versatile OL, Minor starting 13 games at tackle and four at guard with the Terrapins. Minor is starting at left guard for Pittsburgh. The Panthers won their season opener 51-7 over Massachusetts.

27. Keion White, DE, Georgia Tech (from Old Dominion): “19 TFLs in 2019 after switching from tight end the season before.” White was a menace for Old Dominion in 2019 with 62 tackles, the 19.0 TFLs and 3.5 sacks before opting out because of COVID in 2020. The Miami OL will be challenging by White.

16. McKenzie Milton QB, Florida State (from UCF): Milton looked like he was close to his old self in the Seminoles spring game, so much so that he jumped up to our QB1.” The story of Milton returning after a devastating injury in 2020. After relieving starter Jordan Travis against North Dame, Milton could start against Miami.

Milton was a Heisman Trophy candidate at Central Florida. In three seasons with the Knights, Milton threw for 8,683 yards, 72 touchdown passes, 22 interceptions and ran for 1,078 yards and another 20 TDs. It will be interesting to see how Mike Norvell and the FSU coaching bring Milton along.
