Which Miami football players are moving on?

Several of those players are like King and have indicated they have played their last college game. Some have said they are moving on and others have implied that they will pursue other opportunities next season. Safety Bubba Bolden posted his farewell message to Twitter after his own season-ending injury last month.

All of the seven walk-ons who participated in Senior Day on Saturday have eligibility remaining.

Five remaining scholarship players other than Bolden and King who participated in Senior Day have eligibility remaining after the 2021 season.

Defensive tackle Nesta Silvera is likely headed to the 2022 NFL Draft. Silvera spoke earlier this month about playing in his last Florida State Miami football game and his final appearance at Hard Rock Stadium ahead of the Virginia Tech game.

Silvera is in his fourth season with the Hurricanes and has not taken a redshirt season. All players who were in college in 2020-21 have five years of eligibility.

Miami football players with decisions to make

Cornerback D.J. Ivey, punter Lou Hedley, running back Cam’Ron Harris, striker Gilbert Frierson and wide receiver Charleston Rambo are players who participated in Senior Day with eligibility remaining and decisions to make. Rambo is the most likely of the six who will move on following the season.
