After transfering to Florida, Lingard has only 16 carries for the Gators in the last two years. Several other programs should be expected to move up the rankings over the next few years. Georgia had 64.7 of its 2016 and 2017 signees drafted. The 2013 through 2015 Georgia signees under former Bulldogs and Miami Football head coach Mark Richt had only 40.9 percent of the players who qualified drafted. Florida and Miami are programs that are not far away from success per 247 Sports.
Remaining with the final of the Power Five programs in Florida, Florida State had 36 Top 247 Signees drafted which was only 41.6 percent of their blue chip players picked. Although not incldued in the current rankings, Cristobal is one of few college coaches who have developed first round NFL Draft picks in the last three seasons. Those developed players will not be included in the rankings for a few years. Cristobal will have a multitude of blue chip players in South Florida available at Miami.
In less than six months, Cristobal has upgraded the Miami football roster through his first freshman class and the addition of 11 transfers. Expect Miami to improve developement with the staff Cristobal hired. Miami has had players drafted in the era 247 Sports examained, but needs to develop more early round draftees.
