Ahead of his commitment announcement on Sunday, five-star quarterback Jaden Rashada is trending to the Miami football program. All five crystal balls trending for Rashada from 247 Sports that were logged on Thursday afternoon project that the Pittsburg, California prospect will commit to Miami.

Greg Biggins, Brandon Huffman, Cooper Petagna and Steve Wiltfong, all national writers for 247 Sports and Gaby Urrutia of Inside the U each  logged crystal balls on Thursday predicting that Rashada will commit to Miami. Rashada would be the second QB in the Class of 2023 for the Miami football program.

Three-star QB Emory Williams committed to Miami last week. Rashada took official visits to Florida, LSU and Texas A&M this month before concluding his official visit to Miami earlier this week. Rashada and Williams would join at QB room that projects to be lead by Jake Garcia and Jacurri Brown in 2023.

Florida is still a program to watch when Rashada announces his commitment on Sunday. On3.Com and Rivals both project Florida as the favorites for Rashada. Those projections were made before the 247 Crystal Balls were logged on Thursday. The next 10 days could significantly boost the 2023 Miami recruiting class.

In addition to Rashada’s commitment on Sunday, top edge rusher Jaxon Howard and the nation’s second ranked tight end Riley Williams will announced their collegiate destinations on July 1. Williams is currently trending to Miami. Commitments from Rashada and Williams would move Miami from the 42nd to 18th recruiting class.
