Following his commitment to the Miami football program on Sunday, four-star quarterback Jaden Rashada tagged uncommitted wide receiver Nathaniel Joseph and offensive linemen Payton Kirkland and Francis Mauigoa on Twitter. Miami moved up to the 34th-ranked recruiting class with the commitment from Rashada.

If Miami currently had commitments from Joseph, Kirkland and Mauigoa, they would have the 15th-ranked 2023 recruiting class. Miami is projected to receive a commitment from four-star TE Riley Williams on Friday, July 1. Williams is the fourth-ranked TE in 2023. Miami already has two TEs committed for 2023.

The addition of Jaden Rashada is expected to help Miami land other prospects. Wide receivers Jalen Brown and Andy Jean are other names to watch. Jean told Inside the U he would love to catch passes from Rashada. Rashada called Brown during his official visit to come and work out with him.

Securing commitments from OL to protect him and WRs to throw to can create an elite offense with Rashada at QB. Rashada can help Miami gain commitments from two five-star prospects for the second time in three years. Brown, Mauigoa and OL Samson Okunlola are five-stars on offense considering Miami.

Mauigoa is the ninth-ranked player, top OT and third in Florida out of IMG Academy in the Class of 2023. No crystal balls from 247 Sports are logged for Mauigoa. Over the weekend, Mauigoa announced a July 4 commitment date. On.3.com lists Miami a distant third at 2.4 percent for a Mauigoa commitment.

Kirkland is the 261st ranked player, 25th OT and 55th in Florida for 2023. All the recent crystal balls for Kirkland are trending to Michigan State. Miami gaining a commitment from Rashada could change the thoughts of multiple prospects in the Class of 2023. Miami is recruiting multiple other OL.

Joseph is trending to Miami after decommiting from Clemson earlier this month. Four crystal balls from 247 Sports have been logged for Joseph to Miami in June. The speedy slot receiver could team with Rashada to potentially provide Miami with an explosive offense. Joseph has not yet set a commitment date.

Joseph is the 105th ranked player, 16th WR and 22nd in Florida in the Class of 2023. There will be several other recruits to watch. Rashada has quickly taken the mantle of being the leader of the 2023 Miami recruiting class as the top-ranked player and QB commit. The Hurricanes could quickly rise up the recruiting rankings.

Next. Andy Jean would like to catch passes from Jaden Rashada. dark

Rashada should set the foundation for the 2023 Miami class. Several potential commitments in the next week could zoom the 20233 Miami Class into the top 20. Mario Cristobal and his staff have done an exceptional job adding talent in just over six months in Coral Gables. The exceptional recruiting should continue in the future.
