Pittsburgh only has two players on the injured list for Saturday. Miami has been decimated by injuries this season. Elijah Roberts is listed as questionable but he entered the transfer portal this week. Six Hurricanes have entered the transfer portal in the last two weeks further thinning the Miami roster.

The Miami football team still has a lot to play for. Miami has earned a bowl berth in eight straight seasons. Miami did not play in the Sun Bowl last season after being invited due to a covid outbreak. That will not be an issue this season. Saturday is essentially a bowl game. If Miami losses to Pittsburgh they don’t qualify for a bowl.
