The Miami men’s basketball team just missed being named as a top-four regional seed in the NCAA Tournament when the top 16 teams were released on Saturday. NCAA.Com reported, “Teams just on the outside of the Top 16 include Creighton, Miami, Saint Mary’s and UConn.”
Miami is currently 30th in the Net Ratings. The Hurricanes have work to do to earn a top-four seed. Miami is 6-4 against quadrant one opponents and on the road and 3-0 versus quad two. At Virginia Tech on Tuesday will likely be the last chance for Miami to earn a quad-one win until later in the ACC Tournament.
