Sinorice Moss New York Giants in the 2nd round 44th overall 2006

Moss had a slow start to his college career with 11 receptions for 141 yards in his freshman and sophomore seasons in 2002 and 2003. Moss slowly improved with 20 receptions for 351 yards and three TDs as a junior in 2004. Moss broke out as a senior with 37 receptions for 614 yards and six TDs.

Moss was drafted more on potential than college production. The numbers Moss posted as a senior were impressive, but the development was slow. Moss was slated to play the slot with the Giants before a continual quadriceps injury kept him to five games played as a rookie during the 2007 season.

In 2007 Moss played in 13 games with two starts recording 21 receptions for 225 yards. Those numbers significantly decreased to 12 receptions for 153 yards and two TDs in 2008. Moss finished with one reception for 18 yards in 2009. Moss returned 11 punts for 74 yards in 2009.

Moss was slated to be the Giants’ primary return specialist in 2010 but after incurring a sports hernia he was put on season-ending injured reserve. Moss was waived by the Giants with an injury settlement in November 2010. After playing two games with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the CFL in 2012, Moss’ career ended.
